"You know, it’s my fault for procrastinating about changing my insurance policies. When my home insurance went up, I had to start looking around for better rates. State Farm was one of the first insurance companies I contacted. When JT told me what my premiums were going to be.. I was already sold! I said either way, I am switching from Geico (whom I’ve been with for almost 2 decades) and they crazy part was, I still planned to stay with Geico for my car insurance (cuz to me, I thought it was cheap) when I asked JT to quote me on my auto insurance, it was even cheaper than Geico! On top of that, I got a discount for bundling which also saved me 800.00 for my homeowners insurance! It was a no brainer for me, better coverage and much cheaper! After getting all of my quotes, I jokingly said.. “being with the same insurance company is like being in a relationship that you were so faithful to but they never treat you right. Until one day, you decided to start looking and you tell your old insurance company that you’re leaving but now they wanna know why? What can we do to fix this?” Well, it’s too late to try and fix this, should have treated your current customers right and maybe we won’t be looking! 😂

All yall insurance companies out there.. take note! We can and will go somewhere else! So treat us right while you still have us as customers!"
