"Brad Riley honestly sucks at his job. He doesn’t ever reply back to his emails.. just some face there to collect a check. (Included a picture of ignored emails) My car insurance went from $76 to $92 because of North Carolina increasing it’s minimum for the insurance premium so now the customers get hit with the price increase. I’m tired of giving this company my money every single month without any questions. I have not had an accident in years. You would think I would be getting a cheaper premium, but no, it actually just went up. Paying over $1100 a year for a “chance” that I get into a car accident. Having car insurance in America is 100% the biggest scam they ever got on us humans. It’s not about protecting people’s cars it’s about making a huge profit. I’m leaving State Farm and looking for better options."
